Shipping costs can vary depending on many factors including size, weight, carrier, method of transport and time of year. Chocmakers is committed to providing the best value shipping options, and works with both domestic and international carriers to offer the most appropriate freight solution on a case-by-case basis.

Should products be available ex-stock, the final shipping cost will be confirmed at the time of order. For products with a manufacturing lead-time however, an estimate of the shipping cost will be given at the time of order according to the customers specific needs. The final cost is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time the consignment is ready for dispatch ex-factory.

Chocmakers always aims to minimise changes in freight costs. Whilst every effort is made to guarantee freight costs, customers agree to accept any variation in the unlikely event that freight costs vary between the times of order placement and factory dispatch.
