Selmi Comfit panning machine with sprayer
SOLD
This Selmi Comfit panning machine with sprayer is used for applying chocolate and sugar coatings to various foods like nuts, fruits & sweets. The machine runs on a standard 10A power point, however the spraying attachment requires compressed air supply.
The machine can supply both heated and cooled air to the product according to the manufacturing cycle. The sprayer can be programmed for automatic intermittent application of chocolate, and comes with a double filtration system for removal of micro contaminants from the compressed air. Please note that for the highest quality product a separate air dryer is recommended to be used in the air line for removal of moisture (available on request).
